Tourist satisfaction with Macau casinos fell to the lowest level since late 2011 in the first quarter of this year, the latest Macau Tourist Satisfaction Index showed.

The sub-index, which measures tourists' satisfaction with casinos in the city, fell to 67.9 points in the first three months of this year, compared to 72.5 points in the previous quarter. The sub-index was 70.4 points in the first quarter of 2013.

The last time the sub-index, which measures tourist satisfaction with casinos, stayed below 68 points was in the fourth quarter of 2011, bottoming out at 66.1.

The results were announced earlier this month. No explanation was provided for the decline in visitor satisfaction for the city's casinos.

The overall Macau tourist satisfaction index also fell from 70.4 points in the past three months to 69.2 points in the first quarter of 2014.  안전한 파워볼사이트

The Macau Tourist Satisfaction Index is compiled by the Tourism Research Center of the Macau Tourism Institute on a quarterly basis. It includes a total of 10 tourism-related sectors. It surveys about 100 visitors per sector every quarter and conducts interviews at major tourist destinations and transportation hubs.

The index uses a scale from 0 to 100. The higher the index, the more satisfied tourists are.
